Private In-Home Childbirth Education — $130

Receive personalized, one-on-one childbirth education in the comfort of your own home. These private classes are tailored to your unique birth preferences, learning style, and questions, allowing plenty of time for individualized discussion and hands-on practice.

In- Person Group Childbirth Education Classes — $80 per family

Join other expectant families in a supportive, interactive environment while learning the foundations of pregnancy, labor, birth, postpartum recovery, and newborn care. Group classes provide a welcoming space to build confidence, ask questions, and connect with others preparing for birth.

Virtual Group Childbirth Education Classes — $60 per family

Learn from the comfort of your own home with personalized, interactive childbirth education classes held over Zoom. These live sessions provide the same evidence-based information and supportive guidance as in-person classes, allowing you and your support person to ask questions, participate in discussions, and build confidence for birth and the postpartum period—all from wherever you are.
